Blanc | Sparkling white wine

Cherry red, this wine boasts a complex mosaic of well-defined, very fragrant aromas, that remember fruity and floral notes.
The palate displays an emphatic crispness and full body, the happy result of a perfect balance between ultra-savoury flavours and a tasty minerality, characteristics that are classic to this terroir, and excellent supporting tannins and acidity. The finish is notably lengthy, and nicely mirrors the aromas offered by the nose.

Bardolino Classico D.O.C.

The colour appears a ruby red of medium intensity. Its rich, complex bouquet is the result of a perfect blend of fruity essences, and spicy nuances. The distinctive hallmark of this wine is without a doubt the elegance that one experiences on the palate.
Although this is a wine to drink young, it displays a remarkably soft suite of tannins and a lovely balance between a judicious acidity and full, savoury flavours, characteristic of wines of this area. Nicely full bodies, it lingers long on the finish.

Colle Mastego | Red wine

Introducing this wine is a deep, intense red. The nose offers an elegant array of complex aromatics, the result of a marriage between floral notes and fruity impressions.
The organoleptic profile is enhanced by subtle nuances of vanilla and liquorice, which further enrich the sensory experience. This Cabernet Sauvignon boasts notable structure and richness, plus judicious, dense-woven tannins well balanced by a measured acidity and an appealing mineral edge. The finish is quite long, and is marked by the aromas already met on the nose.

Deep ruby color with purple hues. Wide scent with notes of lingering fruit, especially red berries and blueberry with scents of vanilla complemented by a spicy. On the palate it stands out for its full-bodied structure while yielding an exciting dynamic balance between its mellowness and tannins. Dry savoury flavor and warm richness of the taste initially mark the sweetness of vanilla oak then the plumpness of tannins in a final pleasant harmonic elegance.
